Rachel talks with Gilbert Acciardo, retired State Trooper and very close friend of the murdered man Bill Sparkman . Mr Acciardo was the first to report the disappearance to the Police.
This friend told Bill Sparkman that it was very dangerous to work for the Census Bureau, because people would identify him as "The Government"
Acciardo says that he talked with his friend two days before the murder, and Sparkman was happy of working with the Census and with a smile in his face.
