Female Student Racine Balbontin and Fellow Male Student Nicolas Corp were killed by a madman at the end of February of year 2009. Other three students were severely injured during the shooting.

It seems that the killer Dannie Roy Baker had a History of Mental Illness, Agression, Hate and conflict and threats to his own Parents

Dannie R. Baker seems to be a mentally disadjusted guy that has never worked and has been supported always by Family and Government. A total life of disgrace and uselessness. A failed life. Something that I always suspected when I knew of this crime.

Usually Super Racist Killers are lonely people, that do not love and are not loved. Failed lives and losers. They live a life of permanet conflict with others. And have to choose scapegoats to pour their frustation, revenge, hate, resentment against life, etc ..... They are boxes filled with inferiority complexes, wild delusions and impossible dreams.

He wrote in a website about looking for the "dream girl" that he had waited for during all his life of 60 years.

I knew Baker,he went to Auburn Univ, is from Montgomery Alabama and he is insane. This has nothing to do with racism, he is an absolute nut-case. If people knew the truth, they would be mad that such a disturbed person was not committed to an institution. Watch the results of the trial, I bet it will be determined very quickly that he is too mentally insane to stand trial. He has not had a job since he was in his 20s and his family and govt have supported him financially for 40 years. I heard he received disability payments for his mental illness. This senseless act of violence could have been avoided if the family had committed him after numerous death threats to his own mother and father years ago.

Javiera Herrera, a reporter for the Chilean newspaper La Tercera in Santiago, said Nicolás Pablo Corp Torres was an engineering student at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa Maria and was from Valparaiso, Chile. He graduated from Sacred Heart High School, where his mother is a secretary. He was known as ``one of the best basketball players in the region.''

Slain student Racine Balbontín Argandoña was attending the University of Valparaiso and worked as a model, Herrera said. She was studying tourism and had arrived in the United States in December for a six-month stay.

It was her last year of school and she and her boyfriend, victim Fransisco Javier Cofré Fernández, were to be married in April.

However, Balbontín Argandoñadidn't originally arrive in the United States with the intention of living in Florida, according to a journalist from a newspaper near her hometown.

She had wanted to be a chef and a ''work travel'' company offered her a job working at a hotel in New Orleans. When she arrived in the United States, there was no job and she had no money, the journalist said, adding that the Chilean embassy helped the young woman find work in a McDonald's in Destin, which is near Miramar Beach.

Our condolences to the families - And our sadness for every human life lost.

These are unfulfilled lives, unfinished lives, lives that were not concluded. Promising lives. I can refer to them as children because of their tender age, and they are children to their parents.

This is all very sad but reveals a Very Big Cancer of Society : HATE, HATRED, RACISM, ETHNIC CLEANSING.

That the perpetrator is an insane madman should not hide and derail us from us from a painful and dangerous reality.

There are merchants of hate in any TV Set preaching a Gospel of Hate and Racism. In any Radio.

Dannie Roy Baker was also a "Minister" ( of Religion, a stupid sect ) and a good "Christian" ... and his church defended his depredations and hate, and defended his evil actions, until now that he is universally rejected and despised for being a criminal.

I receive tons of Hate Mail because of My Blogs, and some of it comes from "Reverends" and "Pastors".

Their sort of religion becomes more ridiculous and despicable because of the Hate that they spit and spill.


I can not talk about the specifics and psychology of this Madman Dannie Ray Baker. Because of lack of Information and Exams by Doctors.

Generally these fools are the best followers, clients and customers of Hate TV and Hate Radio and are usually very weak intelligences, alone and lonely lives, without love or good friends.

In fact, they are usually incapable of love and loving.

Many times they are the sons of troubled families, dysfunctional families, possibly abused children of broken families.

Sometimes they are Battered Children, that are raped by the last lover of their mother.

I repeat again that I am not talking about Dannie Baker, the madman and criminal of Miramar Beach, the guy that killed Racine Balbontin and Nicolas Corp.

But I can say that the extreme racists are usually guys with very strong inferiority complexes, filled with resentment and revenge against society and others. They have also developed sadism and sadistic attitudes to others.

They need scapegoats to hate. They need Racist Hatred in order to exist.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly released a chilling account of yesterday's police interrogation of Keith Phoenix, the second man arrested this week in the hate crime murder of an Ecuadorian immigrant in Bushwick. While his partner in crime Hakim Scott was reported to have been shaken up by the death of Jose Sucuzhanay when brought in, Phoenix expressed no such remorse. Instead he asked cops, "So I killed someone—that makes me a bad guy?...What's the big deal? The guy's dead."

Police say that the investigation "began with a license plate number and little else" after a quick thinking cabbie at the scene of the crime took down the license plate of the SUV driven by Phoenix. After towing the SUV, cops were able to question one of Phoenix's girlfriends, whose vehicle he had borrowed the night of the attack.

Michele Nicholson with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office said "investigators are interviewing Dannie Baker, the suspect, to try to assert on why this happened but that's the big question right now."

Neighbors say baker wasn't happy with all the activity at the house and think that was the motive for his shooting spree.

Neighbor Crystal Lynn says "he did come up to me one time and asked me if I was ready for the revolution to begin and if I had any immigrant in my house to get them out."

The victims were foreign nationals who appear to have been working in the U.S. legally.

Investigators say, at the time of the shooting, there were at least 14 other people in the one unit with the victims...all of Hispanic descent.

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. -- Walton County Sheriff's officials have identified the victims of a mass shooting that left two dead and three wounded.

The victims were all from Chile and were participating in a program that allowed them to travel and work in the U.S. legally during school break.

Authorities said they were attending a house party Thursday when a neighbor fired a rifle into the building. Sixty-year-old Dannie Baker was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder; he is being held at the Walton County Jail.

Nicolas Corp, 22, and Racine Baldontin, 23, died at the scene. Officials said Sebastian Arizaga and Francisco Cofre are still being treated at a local hospital, while David Bilbao was released.

A man caught laughing on video after he allegedly beat an Ecuadoran immigrant to death with a baseball bat in a Brooklyn bias attack was caught in a pre-dawn raid on a Yonkers home this morning, law enforcement officials said.

Keith Phoenix, 28, was sleeping when Bronx cops found him and arrested him without incident, sources said.

Phoenix, who is from the Bronx and was caught on camera smiling as he pulled into an RFK bridge toll booth just 19 minutes after the Dec. 7 beating of Jose Sucuzhanay, was nabbed after an acquaintance saw the video in the media and called police.

A day after his pal Hakim Scott, 25, was arraigned on second-degree murder as a hate crime, Phoenix was escorted to a Brooklyn station house to be questioned and then possibly be part of a line-up later today.

Phoenix was the attacker who investigators believe wielded the bat.

"The cops just called and told me they caught the second man," said the victim's younger brother, Diego Sucuzhanay. "He is the one who was the real attacker - who beat my brother with the bat.

"I saw the video of him, laughing. It is a great relief to know this person is behind bars because he would continue to commit crimes. Now there will be no more victims."

Yelling anti-gay slurs, the duo attacked Sucuzhanay, 31, mistakenly thinking the real estate agent was gay because he was walking arm-in-arm with his brother, cops said.

The police on Wednesday arrested a man in the December killing of an Ecuadorean immigrant who was beaten with a bottle and a baseball bat in Brooklyn by men who yelled anti-gay and anti-Hispanic slurs at him.

Police were seeking a second suspect, Keith Phoenix, 28, of the Bronx.
The man, Hakim Scott, 25, of the Bronx, was arrested on charges of second-degree murder as a hate crime in the beating of Jose O. Sucuzhanay, 31, who died five days after the attack.

The police are seeking a second suspect in the attack, Keith Phoenix, 28, of the Bronx, who is on parole for armed robbery and is a friend of Mr. Scott’s from their Bronx neighborhood, officials said.

The attack occurred about 3:30 a.m. on Dec. 7 when Mr. Sucuzhanay was walking arm in arm with his brother, Romel Sucuzhanay, along Bushwick Avenue and Kossuth Place, in the Bushwick neighborhood, after attending a church party. About a half-block from Mr. Sucuzhanay’s home, Mr. Scott and Mr. Phoenix appeared in a sport utility vehicle and, believing the brothers were gay, shouted what witnesses described as vulgarisms against Hispanics and gay men, officials said.

Mr. Scott approached Jose Sucuzhanay and smashed a beer bottle over the back of his head, the police said, and then chased Romel Sucuzhanay.

Mr. Phoenix then took an aluminum baseball bat from the rear of the vehicle and struck Jose repeatedly on his shoulder, ribs and back until he fell, the police said.

“At that point Phoenix struck Jose several more times, full force, with crushing blows to his head,” said Police Commissioner Raymond Raymond W. Kelly, who announced the arrest at a news conference at Police Headquarters on Wednesday evening with Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Charles J. Hynes, the Brooklyn district attorney. Once in custody, Mr. Scott “made a full confession,” Mr. Kelly said.

“He said words to the effect that he had seen the news accounts,” Mr. Kelly said. “It had troubled him and, as a result, he wanted to get it off his chest.”

The night of the killing, several people reported the attack by calling 911, and as the attackers fled, a taxi driver wrote the license plate number of their vehicle on a napkin. It belonged to a woman who was later determined to be Mr. Phoenix’s companion, the police said. But detectives were unable to link Mr. Phoenix to the vehicle until they found that he had been involved in a crash with the vehicle on Oct. 20.

Investigators then obtained background information on Mr. Phoenix, who fit the description given by witnesses, and learned that he had a criminal record.

Detectives mapped “the most likely route of flight from the crime scene to the Bronx,” Mr. Kelly said, and surmised that Mr. Phoenix and Mr. Scott fled over the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge. Surveillance cameras from the bridge, formerly the Triborough, had video records of Mr. Phoenix driving the vehicle through a cash-only lane at 3:47 a.m., 19 minutes after the attack, officials said.

From his laughing face caught on video, no one would guess Keith Phoenix had just beaten a man to death with a baseball bat in what police call a bias attack.

The 28-year-old murder suspect was all smiles as he pulled into an RFK bridge cash lane Dec. 7 - just 19 minutes after he beat Ecuadoran immigrant Jose Sucuzhanay to death on a Brooklyn street, cops said.

Police released the chilling surveillance video Thursday as cops hunt for Phoenix, who lives in the Bronx.

Another suspect, Hakim Scott, 25, was caught Tuesday and is awaiting arraignment on charges of second-degree murder as a hate crime.

Yelling anti-gay slurs, the duo attacked Sucuzhanay, 31, mistakenly thinking the real estate agent was gay because he was walking arm-in-arm with his brother, cops said.

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Scott confessed.

"He felt bad and was glad to finally get it off his chest," Kelly said.

4 Arrested In Alleged Mountain View Hate Crime

Four East Palo Alto residents have been arrested on suspicion of committing a hate crime early Saturday morning in Mountain View, police said Monday.

Police said four victims had left a bar and were walking to their car in a parking lot in the 200 block of Castro Street when they were approached by two female suspects.

The suspects harassed the victims, who were speaking Hindi, and made racially charged comments about their ethnicity and the language they were using, police said.

The two female suspects allegedly approached a female victim and began punching and slapping her. When the victim's husband intervened, a group of four to six male suspects appeared, dragging the husband away from his wife, police said. The suspects then began to punch and kick the husband.

Two other male victims attempted to intervene but were also punched, police said.

The suspects then fled in two different vehicles, according to police.

The victims managed to obtain the license plate number of one of the vehicles and investigators learned the owner of the vehicle lived in East Palo Alto, police said. East Palo Alto police began to work with Mountain View officers and alerted them that, coincidentally, they had been investigating a possible shooting connected to that address.

The Hate mail does not diminish when I say that I consider the Two Wars of Iraq and Afghanistan as great Imbecilities and Failures for the American Interests.

At the moment that you receive a hate comment, you get very angry and reject or erase it, so it is not published. But several months later you think that it is funny to live in the same World as many idiots.

A Lady from the National Rifle Association has threatened me, and has said that the USA should invade all the Latin American Nations that produce drugs, and confiscate their riches, mines, properties or assets. The purpose of that dispossession is that it will pay for the rehabilitation of all Americans that are in drugs, now, or to indemnify those that have been under drugs.

The Lady said that she had the best assault rifles in her House, and the best weaponry to curb Latino Invasions and all that crap.

It is funny to think of more Overextension and Overstretching of Military Resources, at a time when even the Afghanistan Escalation of Mr Obama is not popular.

It is obvious that Mexico is not going to fall, and that it is a perfect strong and solid state.

Weaker and more backward countries like Colombia, Peru and Bolivia have not become failed states, even if the States fight the Drug Lords.

Look at the case of Colombia and how it defeated the Drug Lords, and now they are atomized and many of them in U. S. prisons or in tombs.


The TV Racists, Haters, Fearmongers, etc ...

There is a problem of TV Anchors and Radio Talk Shows that cater to Ignorance and Imbecility, and also to Fear, Hate and Racism.

There are many examples : Rush Limbaugh, Lou Dobbs, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham.

But the best and newest example of this Imbecility is Glenn Beck of Fox News. He is perfectly paranoid, suggesting that the USA is going to be worse than Calcuta, with whores and pickpockets everywhere and living in perfect Third World Poverty, and implicating that Mexico is a failed state that will make an aggression against the USA.

This is Total Paranoia, Super fearmongering, and it is mixed with a lot of Racism, Militarism and Jingoism.

Free commerce of Drugs is impossible now. The US power would not allow that. And all this Hate, Racism and Paranoia would prevent it.

I like and love Mr Obama and his Democratic Party. And I pray for his success in stopping the Economic Slowdown and avoiding a Depression, I wish Good Luck to Obama in economic matters.. I also pray for an end to the slaughter in Iraq and Afghanistan.

But the Racists and Jingos do not help the difficult task of Mr Obama.

I keep a "Watch and Patrol" on videos that have something to do with the victims of Racial Murder.

I admire and applaud the behaviour of Marcelo Lucero's family, and I have found new Videos of the Mother Rosario, the sister Isabel, and the other brothers that are very active organizing resistance to Hate, Murder and Brutality.

They know that their brother and son can not be returned to life. But they want to avoid new murders and aggressions.

This is a beautiful and wonderful spirit of family and community of these people. Not only the family and town, but several communities, schools, children, etc ... have been active studying Human Dignity, Civil Rights, Understanding between different peoples, etc ... .In Ecuador and in New York City, the scenario of the tragic events.

Some of the Videos show Very Good Taste, Visual Art and Beautiful Music. They are not aggressive, but only show that the victim Marcelo Lucero was a Human Being, a wonderful son and brother. And an excellent friend, much beloved but all that got in touch with him.

Hate crime suspect behind bars

BENNINGTON – A Woodford man was ordered held without bail Thursday after being arraigned for a hate crime.

Police said Donald R. O'Dell, 45, used a racial epithet while assaulting a man at a Route 9 hotel in Woodford on Wednesday night.

O'Dell was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon in Bennington District Court on Thursday. Language was added to the charge that says the crime "was maliciously motivated by the victim's actual race." O'Dell was charged as a habitual offender, which could result in a sentence of life in prison.

According to Wright, Okundaye was bleeding from a "large, baseball-sized welt" on his head and also had injuries on his left arm and shoulder.

Okundaye told police he had gone outside to speak to O'Dell, who was driving a snow-plowing truck, because he didn't want O'Dell to push snow in front of his home. O'Dell became confrontational, according to Okundaye, and Okundaye began to leave.

"When he turned around to walk away, he was hit in the back of the head by a crowbar," Wright said in the affidavit.

Police interviewed several other people at the hotel. One said she heard Okundaye calling for help and saw O'Dell chasing Okundaye with a metal object in his hands. Another said he saw O'Dell hitting Okundaye two or three times with a metal object.

Wright said Okundaye was interviewed a second time at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in Bennington, where Okundaye was being treated, and Okundaye said O'Dell had used a racial epithet.

Judge John Wesley said while there were "conflicting accounts, this seems to be a particularly vicious outburst of significant violence that was barely provoked and seemed to have a component of racial or ethnic animus."

O'Dell's previous felony convictions include driving while intoxicated in 2003, grand larceny in 1996 and burglary and attempted burglary in 1991.

Driver Resisted Arrest at Traffic Stop, Police Say

A Manassas Park woman who was bloodied and hospitalized Monday after, police allege, she resisted arrest during a traffic stop said yesterday that she was treated "like an animal" by police because she is Hispanic and does not speak English.

Agueda M. Dominguez, 38, said she was sprayed in the face with a chemical agent and beaten by a Manassas Park police officer after refusing to sign a citation that she couldn't read. Police said an internal investigation is underway.

"I want them to stop treating us like animals. We're people," said Dominguez, speaking in Spanish to television crews yesterday at the Apex gas station on Manassas Avenue, near the site of the incident.


Dominguez, who has a swollen right eye and abrasions on her forehead and under her eye, said she intends to lodge a complaint against the officer but does not have a lawyer.

The incident comes amid tensions between police and Hispanic immigrants in the Prince William County area as law enforcement agencies there take on an expanded role in federal immigration enforcement, leading to accusations of discrimination.

This is a super detective investigation, reading many archives of 1500s, 1600s, 1700s, lots of ancient papers. And studying modern customs, forms of speech, rituals for bathrooms, coffins, prayers, architecture, language dialects, etc ...

This is like a detective story and at the end, the readers of these books get the very strong impression that they are sephardites, the name for Jewish Spaniards.
