Most of these scoundrel enemies are idiotic, imbecile, filled with envy, failed in life, losers, abused childhood, rage against life, revenge against life, etc ....
Being controlled and not overreacting is the most difficult part in this life.
We should have a scale to weight reasons.

Mental Mechanics and Gearboxes for New Year Life :
In rough terrains, mountains, unpaved roads, mud ponds, swamps and rivers, automatic cars are useless and you need Four Wheel Drives with a good gearstick and a wonderful gearbox. You may need to change tires and other mechanics of transmission.
If life is somewhat rough and you hit bad terrains then you need some mental adaptation.
If we don't change our ideas and our customs, then we become fossils in life, fossilized and hardened neurons in our brains. We are somewhat similiar to certain horrible brain diseases. We don't suffer Alzheimer but become Alzheimer-like. Our life begins to be stale, musty, having lost freshness, we become like those old bathtubes that have not been cleaned and are invaded by fungi. We become dirty bathtubes of abandoned houses. We become old furniture in the attic, covered with dust.
This is very hard for me :
Because I operate three blogs that are very controversial, political, etc .... and those topics give a lot of heat and dangerous radiations.
By studying a lot of Hate, Fear and Imbecility ( The Central Topic of many "pundits" in the Media ), I may become contaminated and polluted by them.
Those Hate, Fear and Imbecility are like the lever of Archimedes that moves the World.
But I have found a solution, so that I don't become a madman hating the Idiotic Punditry.
I study Science !
I make an effort not to be an extremist, "Reverse Racist", "Reverse Hater", "Reverse FearMonger and WarMonger"
I think that the Golden Key that opens all doors is Science and Knowledge.
That is why I constantly try to give myself a Bath of History, Sociology, Psychology, etc ....
I consider Genetics, Archaeogenetics and Archaeology of Extreme Importance. I constantly discover that me too, I also believe in Imbecilities and Foolishness.
When I tell many people of Recent Discoveries in Genetics and Archaeology they just don't believe. Because their minds are fossilized. Me too !! .... They don't like to change gears.

Details emerge in Pa. police cover-up scandal.
SHENANDOAH, Pa. — After taking part in a fight that left a Mexican immigrant mortally wounded on the street, teenagers Brandon Piekarsky and Derrick Donchak fled. They didn't get very far before running into two police officers responding to a 911 call about the assault.
These were no ordinary officers. Patrolman Jason Hayes dated Piekarsky's mother, and Lt. William Moyer's son played with Piekarsky on the high school football team. Their commanding officer, Chief Matthew Nestor, was a friend of Piekarsky's mother and even vacationed with her.
Rather than place the popular white football players under arrest, the officers let them go - beginning a cover-up in their racially tense coal town, federal prosecutors allege.
The Department of Justice said Tuesday that Hayes, Moyer and Nestor have been indicted on obstruction charges for trying to "impede, obstruct and influence the investigation" into the July 2008 beating death of Luis Ramirez by tampering with evidence and witnesses or lying to the FBI.
The former athletes, who were acquitted of the most serious state charges against them in May, are charged with a federal hate crime for attacking Ramirez in a park as they headed home from a party, the Department of Justice said.
The police chief and his second in command, Jamie Gennarini, were charged with extortion and civil rights violations in a separate case. The two are accused of extorting cash payoffs from illegal gambling operations and demanding a $2,000 payment from a local businessman in 2007 to release him from their custody.
The arrests left the borough with only three active-duty police officers. Borough officials have asked the state police to help out "until we work through this dilemma," said Borough Manager Joseph Palubinsky, who declined to comment on the indictment.
The officers pleaded not guilty before a federal magistrate in Wilkes-Barre and were being held until a bail hearing Wednesday. Donchak and Piekarsky have an initial court appearance scheduled for Dec. 22. Piekarsky's lawyer didn't return a call, and there was no lawyer listed for Donchak on the indictment.
State prosecutors who tried to win murder or ethnic intimidation convictions against the athletes had alleged that they yelled racial epithets at Ramirez and that one gripped a piece of metal to give his punches more power.
The federal indictment brought praise from those who had long argued that the case was blatantly a hate crime and were outraged when the teenagers won acquittals on the most serious charges.
"This is what our family, friends and ongoing supporters have prayed for," said Crystal Dillman, who had two children with Ramirez, in a statement released by the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund. "I truly believe in my heart that Luis can now rest a bit more peacefully knowing that these criminals and accomplices are being charged."

Details emerge in Pa. police cover-up scandal.
SHENANDOAH, Pa. — After taking part in a fight that left a Mexican immigrant mortally wounded on the street, teenagers Brandon Piekarsky and Derrick Donchak fled. They didn't get very far before running into two police officers responding to a 911 call about the assault.
These were no ordinary officers. Patrolman Jason Hayes dated Piekarsky's mother, and Lt. William Moyer's son played with Piekarsky on the high school football team. Their commanding officer, Chief Matthew Nestor, was a friend of Piekarsky's mother and even vacationed with her.
Rather than place the popular white football players under arrest, the officers let them go - beginning a cover-up in their racially tense coal town, federal prosecutors allege.
The Department of Justice said Tuesday that Hayes, Moyer and Nestor have been indicted on obstruction charges for trying to "impede, obstruct and influence the investigation" into the July 2008 beating death of Luis Ramirez by tampering with evidence and witnesses or lying to the FBI.
The former athletes, who were acquitted of the most serious state charges against them in May, are charged with a federal hate crime for attacking Ramirez in a park as they headed home from a party, the Department of Justice said.
The police chief and his second in command, Jamie Gennarini, were charged with extortion and civil rights violations in a separate case. The two are accused of extorting cash payoffs from illegal gambling operations and demanding a $2,000 payment from a local businessman in 2007 to release him from their custody.
The arrests left the borough with only three active-duty police officers. Borough officials have asked the state police to help out "until we work through this dilemma," said Borough Manager Joseph Palubinsky, who declined to comment on the indictment.
The officers pleaded not guilty before a federal magistrate in Wilkes-Barre and were being held until a bail hearing Wednesday. Donchak and Piekarsky have an initial court appearance scheduled for Dec. 22. Piekarsky's lawyer didn't return a call, and there was no lawyer listed for Donchak on the indictment.
State prosecutors who tried to win murder or ethnic intimidation convictions against the athletes had alleged that they yelled racial epithets at Ramirez and that one gripped a piece of metal to give his punches more power.
The federal indictment brought praise from those who had long argued that the case was blatantly a hate crime and were outraged when the teenagers won acquittals on the most serious charges.
"This is what our family, friends and ongoing supporters have prayed for," said Crystal Dillman, who had two children with Ramirez, in a statement released by the Mexican American Legal Defense & Educational Fund. "I truly believe in my heart that Luis can now rest a bit more peacefully knowing that these criminals and accomplices are being charged."

Looks like this small town's good ol' boy system failed miserably and now it's in the national spotlight.
I did a video a while back titled "The Shanandoah Problem. Hate Crimes Against Lationos on the Rise" where I discussed the hate crime beating and death of Luis Ramirez. There's a new twist to the story which I was unaware of when I recorded this video. This police chief was mentioned in a civil suit brought against the police department after a hispanic inmate was beaten to death in the jail and somehow placed in a hanging position to make it appear he had committed suicide. The corruption and pure evil that exists in this town is like something out of a horror film. You just don't want to admit that this really happened in our world but it did. Now this same police chief and his boys are in hot water again after it appears they tried to cover up evidence of the most recent hate crime.
The scary part is, it's probably not isolated. I'm willing to bet that many small towns and cities across this nation are hostile against minorities to the point of their own police departments engaging in hate crimes and covering up the bashings committed by the citizens of these towns. This must be exposed and brought to light!

Vega is suing the police department, including two of the officers arrested this week, claiming that they beat the teenager and made it look like a suicide. No one believed his claims, Vega says, until this week.
"People stopped me in the middle of the block that I don't even know and say, 'Thank you, thank you. Somebody took action on these cops,' " Vega says.
Vega's lawsuit will go to court next summer. The federal charges against the police will get a hearing in the spring. And a small town has a long way to go before its reputation gets any better.

There is no doubt that Hermann Goering suffered from early Youth from being an Egomaniac and Narcissist. That could have propelled him to risk his life in airplane fights during the First World War.
He was universally disliked by other pilots as an arrogant person. But that type of personality can be wonderful sycophants and very charming when pursuing a career in politics.
Goering was very charming until the bitter end by suicide in a Nuremberg prison. But in his early career we see Great Psychological Disturbances. And his childhood and adolescence with a Mother that ( very probably ) had a Jewish Lover may have predisposed him to AntiSemitism, one of his younger half brothers Albert may have been the son of the Mother's Jewish Lover. The lover was Hermann's Godfather and protector.
It is very ironic that the School of this Criminal was paid by a Jew, probably the father of his half brother Albert. I have seen documentaries in which it is reported that Hermann Goering was an antiSemite from the first days with the Nazis, but I have to do more research on this topic.

And People that have been in the USA working for many years ( say 20 years ) can be considered to be citizens if they pay a fine and perhaps pass an exam.
People that have been for few years can be processed, and evicted if unnecessary for the Economy, if they are very important for a business or a job, then the employer can be fined. Then the judges can decide.
It may be that evicting youngsters that speak perfect English and don't speak Spanish is a bad business for the Economy. Specially if the USA has invested already a lot of money in their education.
As always, if they have trouble with laws ( thieves, muggers, etc ... ) they should be judicialized and returned to original country.
This is as clear as a perfect blue sky without clouds.

Two Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, Men and Four Police Officers Indicted for Hate Crime and Related Corruption
WASHINGTON – A federal grand jury has returned multiple indictments arising out of a fatal racially motivated beating and related police corruption in Shenandoah, Pa., the Justice Department announced. The three indictments include federal hate crime, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, official misconduct and extortion charges. The indictments were unsealed today, after being returned under seal on Dec. 10, 2009.
The first indictment charges Derrick Donchak and Brandon Piekarsky with a federal hate crime for fatally beating Luis Ramirez, a Latino male, while shouting racial epithets at him. According to the indictment, on July 12, 2008, the defendants, and others, were walking home from a local festival when they encountered Ramirez. The defendants then attacked Ramirez in a public street by striking and kicking him while members of the group yelled racial slurs at him. Ramirez died two days later from his injuries. The indictment also alleges that, immediately following the beating, Donchak, Piekarsky and others, including members of the Shenandoah Police Department, participated in a scheme to obstruct the investigation of the fatal assault. As a result of this alleged obstruction, Donchak is charged in three additional counts for conspiring to obstruct justice and related offenses.
If convicted, Piekarsky and Donchak face a maximum penalty of life in prison on the hate crime charge. Donchak faces 20 years in prison on each of the obstruction charges and an additional five years in prison for conspiring to obstruct justice.
"Violence motivated by bigotry and hate has no place in America, and yet it remains all too prevalent in many of our communities," said Thomas E. Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice. "The Civil Rights Division stands ready to bring perpetrators of hate crimes to justice."
A second indictment charges Shenandoah Police Chief Matthew Nestor, Lt. William Moyer and Police Officer Jason Hayes with conspiring to obstruct justice during the investigation into the fatal beating of Ramirez. Moyer has also been charged with witness and evidence tampering, and with lying to the FBI.
If convicted, the defendants face 20 years in prison on each of the obstruction charges and an additional five years in prison for conspiring to obstruct justice. Moyer faces an additional five years in prison for making false statements to the FBI.
A third indictment charges Chief Nestor and his second-in-command, Captain Jamie Gennarini, with multiple counts of extortion and civil rights violations. According to that indictment, from 2004 through 2007, Nestor conspired to extort cash payments from several illegal gambling operations in the Shenandoah area and obstructed the investigation of the extortion scheme. The indictment also alleges that on May 17, 2007, Nestor and Gennarini committed extortion by demanding a $2,000 cash payment from a local businessman and his family in exchange for releasing the businessman from their custody.
"The power granted to law enforcement officers does not place them above the law. We will continue to aggressively enforce the law to combat obstruction and corruption in law enforcement agencies," Assistant Attorney General Perez said. "We thank the FBI for their work in this investigation."
If convicted on these charges, Nestor and Gennarini face maximum penalties of 20 years in prison for each of the extortion counts. Additionally, the defendants face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for the conspiracy to violate civil rights.
These cases were investigated by Special Agents Alan Jones and Adam Aichele of the Philadelphia Division of the FBI, and are being prosecuted by Civil Rights Division Trial Attorneys Eric L. Gibson and Myesha Braden.

He also led the paper to its first two best in show awards from the Malofiej International Infographics Summit for work that included coverage of the Iraq war. Mr. Blow went on to become the paper's Design Director for News before leaving in 2006 to become the Art Director of National Geographic Magazine. Before coming to The Times, Mr. Blow had been a graphic artist at The Detroit News.

A hundred and fifty years ago, Charles Dickens opened “A Tale of Two Cities” with the now-famous phrase: “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. ...”
Those words resonated with me recently while contemplating the impact of the Obama presidency on blacks in America. So far, it’s been mixed. Blacks are living a tale of two Americas — one of the ascension of the first black president with the cultural capital that accrues; the other of a collapsing quality of life and amplified racial tensions, while supporting a president who is loath to even acknowledge their pain, let alone commiserate in it.
Last year, blacks dared to dream anew, envisioning a future in which Obama’s election would be the catalyst for an era of prosperity and more racial harmony. Now that the election’s afterglow has nearly faded, the hysteria of hope is being ground against the hard stone of reality. Things have not gotten better. In many ways, they’ve gotten worse.

In a study to be published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of the Sciences this month, researchers asked subjects to rate images of the president to determine which ones best represented his “true essence.” In some of the photos, his skin had been lightened. In others, it had been darkened. The result? The more people identified him with the “whiter” images, the more likely they were to have voted for him, and vice versa.
The Age of Obama, so far at least, seems less about Obama as a black community game-changer than as a White House gamesman. It’s unclear if there will be a positive Obama Effect, but an Obama Backlash is increasingly apparent. Meanwhile, black people are also living a tale of two actions: grin and bear it.
