TV Series "Law and Order - Special Victims Unit" furiously attacks the TV/Radio Promoters of Hate and Racial Murder : Beck, Limbaugh, Dobbs, etc ...

TV Series "Law and Order - Special Victims Unit" furiously attacks the TV/Radio Promoters of Hate and Racial Murder : Beck, Limbaugh, Dobbs, etc ...
There have been too many Racial Murders in the last two years. Now entertaining television and Fictional TV Detectives and Prosecutors are being occupied with similar fictional stories of Racial Hatred conductive to crime and killings.
There is a Fictional Hate Merchant "Gordon Garrison" that has a TV Program "Flashpoint", this guy is modelled after Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, etc .... and preaches the same garbage and incitation to violence. "Gordon Garrison" quotes the First Amendment as his right to ask for "Immigrants to be sent in wooden boxes to their original countries".
Some of these Real Hate Peddlers and Racists are even mentioned in the "Special Victims Unit" episode. They are mentioned by name : Limbaugh, Beck, Dobbs, etc ...
Bigot "Gordon Garrison" preaches that he is a Great Patriot, that America is becoming Third Word and needs to be saved, that "anchor babies" and "affirmative action" or "reverse discrimination" are sending America to Hell, and that poverty and misery of Whites are due to the "colored" immigrants ( not the European Immigrants )
Enter poor failed fool "Joe Thagard", the perfect loser, who was in the Military ( dishonorable discharged ) and has been unemployed or in poor menial jobs, he hates the "lower races", and is strongly influenced by bigot Gordon Garrison. He goes on an errand to a school or place for immigrant children and decides to kill some of the Children in order to save America.
Joe Thagard murders three children : Black American Girl Ruby, American born from immigrants Magda ( latina ), and Scotty Wu ( of Chinese Parents ).
He is "saving America" like many killers declared ( Keith Luke in Brockton Mass. and Danny Baker in Florida ) .... They kill people for the crime of not being "White" .....
Like in many real cases that we have reviewed in our sites, this Racial Murderer is totally 100% acquitted after weeping rivers and lakes of repentance and childish behaviour. All these racial murderers in Real Life are "little rosy angels of Heaven" and the "good grandson of grandma" after commiting Sadism, Brutality and Murder.
A great hero of this episode is "colored" ( Caribbean ? ) detective Fin Tutuola, that is loved by kids in America and around the world. Tutuola has many Temper Tantrums against everybody because he sees the Real Racial Injustice, and has mean episodes against his girlfriend and against detective Olivia Benson that appears for a few seconds and helps to solve the case. Great Hero Tutuola also has anger against his Chief ( of Police ) that doesn't realize that the murders are racist and racial.
Detective John Munch is also very supportive of his best Friend Fin Tutuola and helps him a lot. When Tutuola asks Munch to see a Garbage TV Show of a Hatemonger, Munch says : "I don't like to see the decadence of Western Civilization".
And the Second Great Hero is a Great Heroine, the Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Cabot. She is spectacular in this episode. A Great Beautiful Actress in a Great Role that becomes her talents. You have to remember "Atticus Finch" that is Gregory Peck in "To kill a Mockingbird".. .. This is the episode in which I have seen the best in acting from Alexandra, and she is intellectual, the opposite of the Haters and Bigots.
Alexandra is an extraordinary beauty and she pronounces the greatest condemnation of the "Entertaining Clowns" that promt people to kill for Racial and Ethnic Reasons. She tells us about the Bigots Hypocrisy of making money with lies.
The Good Thing is that this program is seen by millions of kids in America and the World at large. These kids won't like fools like Dobbs, Beck and Limbaugh in the Future, when they are grownups and in full Political Life.

I finally found very detailed information about the Episode in which the Fictional Detectives of "Law and Order" must fight the Racist Justice System of New York, including Racist Journalists, Racist Juries and Judges, etc ...
This episode refers very closely to the real death of Marcelo Lucero in Patchogue, Long Island, New York in November 2008. Brutal murder of a working man by several Racist Coward Thugs that stabbed him without any provocation. This is not Fiction but Reality, the "Law and Order" episode is very similar to the Real Events that motivated and inspired the writers of the TV Series.

Law & Order “Promote This” Mis-titled But Excellent
Some excerpts of a very long article on the TV Series Episode :
This episode of Law & Order was tagged with the name “Promote This!” but I contend that was only the moniker they gave the episode when NBC moved it up on the schedule. That name clearly doesn’t fit this episode, which covered bigotry, hate crimes, and Jack’s political issues as he runs for re-election as District Attorney.
We got a few tidbits in this episode about Jack's past. One of his wives names was Ellen, and while they were going through their separation in 1991, she unwittingly hired an illegal housekeeper. Clearly, someone is really trying to dig into Jack’s personal life and find any dirt that they can.
I found the evidence in the case very weak, however, and thought that they really didn’t have much to tie the suspects to the actual crime. There seemed to be no real talk about forensics, with the exception of ME Rodgers being able to match the brand mark on both victims. Still, the only thing that they seemed to have on the assault case was the broken glass on the victim and the car. It is no surprise to me that they were found not guilty of all except the assault charge.
But, with the concern over illegals, it was a perfect backdrop for them to bring out Jack’s past problem. He had a rational explanation for it all of course, because we all know that Jack McCoy is the original Teflon Man – nothing sticks. I wonder if/when his drinking will ever come in to play. After all, Jack McCoy probably single handedly accounted for the majority of New York City’s scotch consumption for many years.
At the end of the episode, when Connie wonders if someone tipped off Morales’ mother that additional charges could be filed upon Morales’ death, I wondered if maybe somehow Jack was the one to tip her off, either directly or indirectly. I wouldn’t put it past him.

Mazower examines the darker side of the U.N.'s creation, highlighting a handful of influential figures who participated in drafting the U.N. Charter, principally Jan Smuts, the late South African prime minister, who wrote the key section of the lofty preamble to the charter, which promotes equal rights for individuals and states and commits U.N. members to "save succeeding generations from the scourge of war."
Smuts, who had played a role in the ill-fated League of Nations, saw the United Nations as a means of cementing Britain's relationship between the United States, and preserving the British-led Commonwealth. His ultimate goal was to ensure white rule in South Africa and beyond. In June, 1945, immediately after the U.N. was created at a conference in San Francisco, Smuts returned to South Africa to push for the annexation of the former Germany colony, South-West Africa, now known as Namibia.
"He was convinced of white racial superiority and believed international organizations should ensure that white leadership of the world continued," Mazower writes. "South Africa," he adds later in the book, "had expansionism hardwired into its constitution."

I watched this show, I can not find any information on the Internet about this TV Series Episode.
Marcelo Lucero, an Immigrant was killed in Patchogue, Long Island, New York in November 2008 by Several Coward Scoundrels, the "Caucasian Crew" that enjoyed beating Latinos every week. They cowardly stabbed him after being attacked by many of these thugs.
This is not an isolated case, but there have been many Racial Murders like these. In each case the Coward Criminals allege to be little angels from Heaven.
The show is very realistic calling the Latinos "spics" and "beaners" and showing the sadism, cruelty and bastardy of the killers in full force. The Criminals operate their passtime of killing Latinos in Long Island, New York, as in the Real Events.
But enter the Toughest District Attorney in America, Fictional Character Jack McCoy, he does not care about politics and politicians, and he doesn't respect the prejudices and bigotry of the populace.
In "Law and Order" Jack is very tough against other criminals that kill a Latino and leave another as a vegetal completely unconscious for life, unfortunately the millieu is not like Jack and the Criminals get ridiculous sentences to be commuted. Jack McCoy may have being inspired by New York District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau ( yes, the friend and supporter of Sonia Sotomayor )
I have studied too many Real Cases of Racial Murder, Young Beautiful Black Ladies are killed by coward criminals at a distance with telescopic rifles.
Luis Ramirez was killed in Shenandoah Pennsylvania by Six Coward Football Players, in July 2008. They are now as free as birds.
There are uncountable murders like that, and very often the criminals receive less punishment than for killing a dog.

Jack McCoy may have being inspired by New York District Attorney Robert M. Morgenthau ( yes, the friend and supporter of Sonia Sotomayor )
I have studied too many Real Cases of Racial Murder, Young Beautiful Black Ladies are killed by coward criminals at a distance with telescopic rifles.
Luis Ramirez was killed in Shenandoah Pennsylvania by Six Coward Football Players, in July 2008. They are now as free as birds.
There are uncountable murders like that, and very often the criminals receive less punishment than for killing a dog.
Final Conclusion :
There are many kids in America and around the World watching "Law and Order" and that have Jack McCoy as a hero ( me too ! ) and when they grow up, they will have a better appreciation of District Attorneys and Prosecutors that fight for Justice and against Racist Murder.

I think that we are living in PostRacist Society. This means that Racism has become more Hypocrite than ever.
Hypocrisy is this according to the Dictionary :
1. The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness.
2. An act or instance of such falseness.
lip service dissembling, feigning, pretense, pretence - pretending with intention to deceive
insincerity, falseness, hollowness - the quality of not being open or truthful; deceitful or hypocritical
These guys of Fox News invite Black People to their shows, or Latinos, Asians, etc ... But their policies are to harm Minorities as much as Possible and to deny them every single penny from the budget, for example in "Stimulus Package" or "Health Care Bill".
The fact that the Right Wing shows one or two faces of Black or "Colored" People in a Teaparty doesn't mean that the system ( because this is a system paid by big pockets and big money interests ) is clean of Racism.
Racism has become more Suble, more Hidden, more Hypocrite. They use Minorities against themselves.
There are a few Black Persons like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson that can face these bigots, sometimes they appear in the shows of Fox News and other bigots.
I don't include Sharpton and Jackson in my list of fools, because I admire their Courage, Firmness, Strength and Resolution. They don't fawn over the Imbecility of Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh.
With respect to other Minorities that participate in Fox News I am not so sure. I should be kind, nice and gentle and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Do you know why Bill O'Reilly hates so much movie Actress Janeane Garofalo ?? ( She is the actress of "The Truth about Cats and Dogs".... )

Childhood and Adolescence : They are the Future of the Economy : Invention, Private Initiative, Entrepreneurship, the Audacity of Investment ( and the "Audacity of Hope" ), all these beautiful qualities that guarantee a wonderful future are prepared in schools, colleges, universities.
Human beings are endowed with talents, but those talents need a favorable environment to develop, that is why schools exist, and they have a Great Economic Importance. The Failure of Education is the Failure of the Future of a Nation.
To prepare people to kick them out is economically absurd, it is an investment that is going to be given to another country.
And it is morally repulsive, it has happened many times, in our own days and during the Great Depression that people that didn't know the Spanish Language, and didn't know anything about Mexico were expulsed to that country by perfect ignorants and fools ( also Racist Fools ! )
Talent is a Genetic Lottery, each time that a child is conceived some genetic dice are thrown, and a genetic roulette operates. If you have a big genetic pool the opportunities for good and bad increase.
It has been observed that the solution for many health problems, like resistance to all diseases, autoimmune, chronic, viral, bacterial or genetic, lies in the Genes of the African Population because of the Great Treasure of Genetic Variation ( and "older" pool of genes has produced more variation, drift, etc .... , Africans have the power of Variation and the Potential of the Unexpected ).

I am afraid that we are entering a New Age of Darkness and Fear. In the Middle Ages people were driven by Fear of Hell, Fear of the Devil in every home and every body, demonic possessions, there were succubus and inccubus that could seduce you and have sex with you. Fear of Witches. The World seemed to be ruled more by the Devil than by God.
We are entering a similar age, particularly in politics. For example : the Security of the United States of America, the most powerful Empire depends on airstrikes, bombing and destroying the Poorest and most Illiterate Countries in the World. Even Children and Women are killed in those Drone Airstrikes and there are military analysts and people in the White House that believe that these peasants ( from a Warrior Culture ) are going to surrender to the Cowardice and Terrorism of Airstrikes.
A Health Care reform is proposed, that can be fixed, arranged, ordered or modified at any moment, before or after the U. S. Congress approves the bill, and this sets off a Competition of Incendiary Speeches, Insults, Meetings, Teaparties, Town Halls filled with aggressivity, Demonstrations, etc...
Those that have Health Insurance believe that they are going to be harmed by others that are uninsured and that are helpless and lacking Political Power. Another Case of Fear and Paranoia.
The Government is using "Stimulus Spending", something that all textbooks of Classical Economy explain and approve. And the science of John Maynard Keynes is rejected by the most Ignorant Fools.
And the most Ignorant Preachers of Religion attack Evolution, Zoology, Botany, Biology, etc.... and preach Imbecility to become rich.
Subjacent to all these emotions is Racism and Hatred and a Fear of losing a Golden Age ( that perhaps never existed, or only for a few )
Subjacent is also the Fear of the Other and the Otherness : extreme Fear of all those that are different, stranger or foreign. Extreme Fear of all Foreign Cultures. Some people have been beaten up for speaking in any foreign language, even over a telephone conversation.
The lessons of History are misinterpreted and Twisted. For example : a Liberal and Modern President is equated to Adolf Hitler and the Democrats to the Nazis, when in fact, it is the other way around, and all Racists at heart hate Obama.
When Genetics, Archaeogenetics and Archaeology are despised in favor of the most ridiculous Myths.
When all the Great Advances of the Humanistic Sciences : Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, History, Economic History, Social Psychology, etc ..... are despised in favor of what a drunken idiot said in a bar, in front of other drunken idiots.
And when the Greatest "Welfare Queens" that have grabbed the Electromagnetic Spectrum ( or Hertzian Waves ) spit their venom of Hate, Fear and Paranoia constantly using TV, Radio, Newspapers and even the Internet.

The Civil Rights Movement all over again! - Thoughts about Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Sonia Sotomayor, Martin Luther King - Helter Skelter of Charles Manson
Latinos, African Americans, many Minorities, Unions and Excellent White People have been partners in the civil rights since the 60's. The parternship Continues with many projects. This is the Civil Rights Movement all over again!
There are Wonderful White People that are excellent friends of Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Polynesians, Native Americans and many other Minorities.
That there are Hate Merchants : Politicians and TV Anchors or Radio Madmen preaching constant Hate, Fear, Paranoia and Violence against Minorities, and impulsing Criminals into Violence and Murder against Minorities, Women, Gays, Lesbian, Transsexual, Abortion Doctors and others, only proves my assertion that Civil Rights are important and deserve a good fight.
The Fight against Homophobia and those that want to control the body of all Women is still valid.
I am not mentally retarded and I don't suck my thumb :
I know perfectly well beyond any doubt that much of the Hate against Mr Obama, against Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Sonia Sotomayor, is sheer Racism of the "Ole Good Times"... The fact that modern Racism is disguised and masked as PostRacism, PostRaciality with a lot of Hyprocrisy, doesn't change the fact that it is Hyperdistilled Racism.
The Devil is the best quoter of the Bible, the devil also says mass, and makes the Sacred Hosts for Communion. That I was taught as a child, and it means that the World is full of Hypocrisy and Hypocrites.

This is not a Race War like that projected by Charles Manson in his "Helter Skelter" scheme in which he was provoking a Racial War between Blacks and Whites in order that the New Prophet or reincarnation of Jesus ( Charles Manson ) was going to rule the World, using American Power.

In Defense of Reverend Wright of Chicago, My Defense of "Reverse Racism" and an analysis of Heaven, Hell and Purgatory.
A friend in a Forum said said to me :
"If Wright wasn't so bad I wonder why Obama eventually condemned and disowned him."
My Explanation and answer :
Because Obama is an opportunist, a calculating Politician, A Chicago School Pol, a cool pragmatic man of expediency rather than morals or ethics. For the same reasons that he continues a war that he knows very well that is totally lost, to pamper, pacify or lure misguided ignorant or foolish voters.
Obama is not an idiot, he is very intelligent, smart and shrewd, he knows that the troops won't be returned in year 2011 or 2012 or during his presidency ( 4 or 8 years ).
If Obama drives cars like his conscience then he can make the most dangerous U Turns in a dime and at high speed.

What Reverend Wright has said should be understood in the Context of Slavery, Segregation, Ku Klux Klan, Terrorism against Blacks, Separation against Blacks ( that still exists ), despising Blacks by Fools in the Media ( everyday ! ), by policemen in every highway or road, etc ...
Black People should be admired for forgiving others ! --- This speaks of a Moral Superiority, whereas others harassing the "Lower Races" are just ridiculous idiots.

And Saint Peter may have Beautiful Black Wings for Reverend Wright, a halo and a harp for this guy. But he may have to pay one hundred years in purgatory for becoming rich with Religion.
Otherwise, I am praying to the Virgin Mary and some Black Saints like Saint Martin of Porres and others that Pope John Paul II beatified. So that the prison term and long sentence for Reverend Wright is commuted to just one year in Community Work with Obama.

Because Obama is an opportunist, a calculating Politician, A Chicago School Pol, a cool pragmatic man of expediency rather than morals or ethics. For the same reasons that he continues a war that he knows very well that is totally lost, to pamper, pacify or lure misguided ignorant or foolish voters.
Obama is not an idiot, he is very intelligent, smart and shrewd, he knows that the troops won't be returned in year 2011 or 2012 or during his presidency ( 4 or 8 years ).
If Obama drives cars like his conscience then he can make the most dangerous U Turns in a dime and at high speed.

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh and televangelist Pat Robertson are being scolded for their comments in the immediate aftermath of an earthquake in Haiti that has killed tens of thousands, according to early estimates.
Critics from both the left and right are denouncing their remarks as insensitive to the disaster and attempts to score political points off human tragedy.
Speaking on his radio show Wednesday, Limbaugh said the earthquake has played into Obama’s hands, allowing the president to look “compassionate” and “humanitarian” while at the same time bolstering his standing in both the “light-skinned and dark-skinned black community in this country.”
He added: “We've already donated to Haiti. It’s called the U.S. income tax.”

“But ever since they have been cursed by one thing after the other,” he continued. “That island of Hispaniola is one island. For me, the fact that his ambition spurred him to embrace segregation and pander to the confederate flag waving, black hating contingent of my native state makes me uneasy about accepting at face value his later turnaround. If hate for ambition, why not repentance? It seems like the path of least resistance - They will elect if you support segregation? They will elect if you apologize for supporting segregation? I can see him as a grand puppeteer, calculating how to make the voters dance best. It makes me very sad, because I WANT to believe that he meant it, but I can't.

Though far more Richard III than John Falstaff, Wallace was given an rare and terrible opportunity: repentance. His politics were disgraceful -- literally. But his lifescript is pedagogical.
In short, he's almost, but not quite, forgivable.

Barack Obama is a very intelligent guy and has wonderful human qualities. The fact that I attack Obama in Foreign Policy doesn't mean that I don't acknowledge his Greatness.
Harry Reid is now the objective and target of Republicans for something stupid that he said in the past. But Mr Obama once again gives example of Forgivance, one of the Great Qualities of this Great Man.
Many people used words in the past, that are now considered offensive and racist, or said them in private and someone made them public.
A person that is very kind and noble may have used these demeanings terms in private or by a "lapsus linguae", a mistake of the tongue.
Joe Biden, Harry Reid or any other politician may have said something "imprudent" in the past, but let's forget them because they have now another attitude.
Many people may have been real racists in the past and now they have voted for Obama and may vote for the Democrats in year 2010, and for Black or Minority Candidates.
I would even forgive Joe Wilson for saying "You Lie" to Obama, if he apologizes to the president and promises to be a good boy. ( And he is republican ).
Senator Jeff Sessions ( Republican, Alabama ) has said foolish things in the past and he seems to be correcting and becoming a better guy towards minorities.
I am told that Senator Lindsay Graham ( Republican, South Carolina ) said or did foolish things in the past, but now he is the best of Republicans and his demeanor and behaviour to minorities is an example for the best of Republicans.
I wish that the Republican Party had more Lindsey Grahams, in that case that Party would be in a better position for the future.
Anger, Wrath, Fear, Paranoia and Hate are not going to conduct the Republicans to the Presidency. They need a Gentleman like Ronald Reagan, and get rid of the urchins and brats ( at least as presidential candidates )

When we are judging the ART and Culture of any country or ethnicity we should be judging the best orchrestras, bands, singers, musicians, painters, restaurants, houses, foods, cuisine, etc.... This is the custom and habit of the high spirits with the best intentions of appreciation and estimation of ART, Culture, Civilization, Geography, etc ...
This is the custom and habit of the Intelligent and Cultured Ladies and Gentlemen with open minds, but not of the rabble and the canaille.

So someone has an empty life and a revenge against life, because of his inferiority complexes, or his real inferiority, then criticize another culture or country, and the poor idiot becomes the top echelon of evolution in race, culture, good taste, intelligence, etc ....
Criminalistics, Psychology and Sociology are sciences that show to us the pathological mentality of these Haters. They project their own inner dirt and filth in others, their subconscious inadequacy and complexes become the characteristics of others. Even some people that have employment may be processed by deportation. I am writing this because many Anti-Immigration Advocates suffer from a lack of Realism, Vision, etc ... that is astonishing. They also lack in Economic, Demographic, Political and Historic Understanding. Usually Tea Parties are feasty happenings of Ignorants.
Immigration = Kryptonite for Mr Obama
Does Mr Obama need to bath in another swamp ??? Does he need more troubles and problems ??
Even if Health Care is approved in Congress, Mr Obama will have many Health Care Arrows in his back.
To the burden of a Botched War in Afghanistan add the burden of the Verbal Violence, Tea Party Anger and Wrath against 12 million Illegals.....
And perhaps some Racist Violence. And all that in a Census Year and Election Year.

Any advisor with two cents of Intelligence has to tell Mr Obama to postpone or completely forget about Immigration Reform.

And the main concern is the Economy and Jobs. Republicans and the Right Wing are notoriously ungrateful and in any case they hate and despise Mr Obama for Racist Reason and other filthy reasons.
White Entrepreneurs of AgriBusiness say : We need Mexican Americans or we won't be able to stand International Competition, particularly in those areas like fruits, vegetables, flowers, garden products, plants and foliages, some decorations and process where you need lots of dedicated labor. Not to mention other industries that need this labor.
Let's be realistic Entrepreneurs won't allow Big Progroms, only because of Economic Interest. But there are other Moral or Ethic Considerations and Americans are not Nazis. And America doesn't have a Gestapo or SS - Not yet !.
Do you think that American Entrepreneurs of all kinds and the Big Capital wants Huge Progroms to evict millions of people. ???

While the men yelled racial epithets at Ramirez, they punched and kicked his head and body so severely that he lay foaming at the mouth with two skull fractures.
Once Ramirez was on the ground he was continually kicked until brain matter leaked from his skull.

One of two teenagers waiting to go to trial on federal hate crime charges in connection with the 2008 beating death of a Mexican immigrant in Shenandoah may be let out of jail but under certain conditions.
A federal judge ruled that Brandon Piekarsky will be released from jail Once the probation department checks out where he will stay: his grandmother's and uncle's apartment in Shenandoah.
His lawyer hopes piekarsky is out of jail as soon as Tuesday.
Piekarsky's mother had nothing to say Monday after a federal judge in Scranton ruled her son could be released from prison.
Piekarsky is awaiting a federal trial on hate crime charges in connection with the 2008 beating death of Mexican immigrant Luis Ramirez in Shenandoah.
"It's his constitutional right to be released. He is presumed to be innocent and he also, which most people don't have, the benefit of a jury trial already hearing the charges and rejecting the government's contention," said defense attorney James Swetz.
Piekarsky is the one accused of delivering the deadly kick to ramirez and helping concoct a cover-up story with police.
The government argued that since Piekarsky faces life in prison he now has a greater incentive to try to obstruct justice but the judge said, "Everyone has the right to be released when charged with a crime."
