I have heard that the Electronic Border Fence may have problems. And that E-verify may be troubled by problems or confusions.
Americans are extremely fond and proud of Technology, but it seems that Technology alone does not solve all problems.
This problem of Immigration reminds me of British Historian Arnold Toynbee that I always read with extreme delight, even if Academicians and Historians have turned their back on this Intelligent Intellectual.
Toynbee always believed in the power of "Barbarians" to learn and to defeat the defenses of "Empires" .... and he gives many examples of the Barbarians of the North being civilized before entering the Roman Empire, like Ataulf, Alaric, Genseric, Attila, the Huns, Vandals, Goths, etc ...
The Barbarians are the Great Heroes of Toynbee's Narrative ..... He also wrote a very sad chapter about being a Hindu from India in the British Empire and visiting London. Toynbee did not exalt the British Empire, so he was unpalatable and unpleasant for many Lords.
I am not suggesting that Latin Americans are Barbarians, or other immigrants to the USA. Or that they adore Goddess Kali of Murder and Death.
But the metaphor or comparison is funny, only that we are not living in the Woods of Germania, or crossing the Rhine or Danube River.
I hope that nobody feels offended by my comparisons, rants, lucubrations at night by candle light, etc ... or by my laughing at the Mysteries of Life and History.

Today we drove to Nahunta, GA where the Ku Klux Klan was organizing an anti-immigrant demostration, under the premise that “God put each race in their respective continent and they were meant to stay there. “ I can’t help but keep being amused by these concepts that the very organization can’t seem to be able to uphold appropriately. Is the KKK secretly on a campaign to reclaim all lands back for the indigenous people of North America and preparing for the voyage back to Europe? I find this highly unlikely.
It is disappointing that after so many years of social reformation, we still have organizations filled with so much hate convening and gaining the support of communities. When will people actually listen to BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY. I was there too! Hello!? Anybody willing to listen to MY story? I promise I won’t try to convince you of something as obviously absurd as “immigrants are the cause of unemployment and global warming.” How did we do that? With Jalapeño peppers? I’m very confused about this.
Ultimately, the success of today was to be able to stand hand in hand with our friends from the NAACP; singing liberation songs together and acknowledging our united struggle for racial justice. We ALL deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. We all deserve to be acknowledged for our humanity.

Luis Ramirez's Kick in the Head Murderer Granted Parole!

Derrick Donchak, the man who witnesses said wore brass knuckles when he sucker punched Luis Ramirez in the head, knocking him unconscious, so Brandon Piekarsky could deliver the final kick to the head, has been granted parole! This "cute" murderer has "learned his lesson in only 3 months".... for MURDER!! This is the same Derrick Donchak that dressed as a Border Patrol Agent after the murder and while he awaited trial, at a Halloween Party! He posted these pictures on his MySpace page!
This is the same Derrick Donchak that was placed in "solitary confinement for misbehavior" for two months after misbehaving his 1st month in prison. The judge said he "learned his lesson" over the next three months??? Then granted him parole????
I wonder how many Latinos the Judge has released early, after only 3 months, saying he KNOWS they learned their lesson! This JUDGE is truly biased!
Let's hope the HATE CRIME charges move forward for both Donchak and Piekarsky. Luis Ramirez and his children deserves Justice!

The racist nature of imperialism is seen in J.A. Hobson’s justification: “It is desirable that the earth should be peopled, governed, and developed, as far as possible, by the races which can do this work best, i.e. by the races of highest 'social efficiency'.” The fact is that the European colonialists of the 19th Century saw Africans as an inferior race and that belief led to unspeakable brutality and dehumanization of an entire Continent. The Christian anti-communists in America saw the Vietnamese as a sub-human race of God-less savages. This opened the door to napalming villages, slaughtering women and children and carpet bombing their cities.
Today, the War on Terror is code for subjugating the Muslims of the Middle East. Americans view the natives occupying Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran as no better than dirty uneducated street people who worship an evil god and hate our way of life. This view permits the use of overwhelming firepower against people living in huts and caves. When another human life is considered not as valuable as your own, it is easy to call the deaths of women and children – collateral damage.
The United States “liberation” of Iraq has left 5 million orphans out of 12 million children under 18. The insanity of the civilized versus savages plot is when both Marlow’s and Willard’s boats are attacked by villagers with spears and arrows. The Chief is killed, but the overwhelming firepower is too much for the villagers. This same insanity can be seen in Iraq & Afghanistan as the natives use homemade explosives versus the U.S. military’s vast array of high tech weapons that cost millions. The few thousand terrorists in the world have already won.
On 9/11 the terrorists committed the greatest act of terror in history and murdered 3,000 innocent Americans. They killed .001% of the American population. They could not do permanent or long lasting damage to our country. We’ve done it for them. George Bush’s imperialist response to an act of terror was to double the national debt, start two wars, sacrifice thousands of young Americans, killing hundreds of thousands of people in their own countries and taking away freedoms and liberties of US citizens.
Imperialism will always be framed by those in power as beneficial to those being “civilized”. The most evil atrocities will be committed in the name of advancement. The human impact of imperialism is madness. The hubristic delusions of emperors, kings, generals and presidents ultimately put average men into morally ambiguous circumstances. Kurtz represents all men who have been commanded to commit crimes against humanity in the name of an organization or country.
Every man has the capacity to hand themselves over to evil if put into a chaotic, dangerous, vague situation for a long period of time. Any man could degenerate into a Kurtz when moral and physical restraints are taken away, because when no one is watching, the darkness of the human heart can escape from its deepest recesses.
The acts of barbarism committed in the Congo, Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan by seemingly ordinary men were the result of madness. Some committed murder, others torture, but the majority internalized their inner ordeal resulting in post-traumatic stress disorder. When men know their mission is not morally legitimate, their souls become tormented. There is vagueness to our existence that we may never fathom – a real heart of darkness.

As long as imperialism is practiced by empire builders, men will be driven mad by these ambitions. Those who get pushed over the edge will pray for the end. It will be their only friend. Empires always collapse under the weight of their imperialistic ventures. The cost of imperial overreach and the moral descent into a heart of darkness ultimately mark the end of an empire. The American empire is on this path. The only question is whether it will end in a whimper or in a blaze of fire which brings the entire world to an end.

According to Lou Dobbs, “a third of the prison population in this country is estimated to be illegal aliens,” and Glenn Beck regularly warns of “an illegal alien crime wave.” Congressman Tom Tancredo insists, “The face of illegal immigration on our borders is one of murder, one of drug smuggling, one of vandalism for all the communities along the border, and one of infiltration of people coming into this country for purposes to do us great harm.” Michelle Malkin adds an even more terrifying note, calling our borders “open channels not only for illegal aliens and drug smugglers, but terrorists, too.” Even as far back as 2000, the highly regarded General Social Survey found that 73 percent of Americans believed that immigration caused higher crime rates, a level of concern considerably greater than fears about job losses or social unity.
As Latino gangs have gained notoriety in the United States—particularly MS-13, dubbed the “The World’s Most Dangerous Gang” by usually restrained National Geographic—images of violent foreigners have come to dominate much of the national debate on immigration policy. A perception has taken root in the minds of the American public and many elected leaders that the greatest threat posed by mass immigration is crime.
In recent decades, most immigrants have been Hispanic; Asians, who constitute the other large portion of the inflow, are generally regarded as economically successful and law-abiding. Although many Hispanics are American-born, the vast majority still comes from a relatively recent immigrant background. So to a considerable extent, popular concerns about immigrant crime and popular concerns about Hispanic crime amount to the same thing. While fears of perceived racial insensitivity may force many critics to choose their words carefully, widespread belief that Hispanics have high or perhaps very high crime rates seems to exist.
But is this correct? Or are these concerns rooted in the same excitable and ideological mindset that produced endless stories of Saddam’s notorious WMD, with activists and their media accomplices passing along rumors and personal beliefs in pursuit of a political agenda rather than bothering to determine the facts? Does America face a Hispanic crime problem or merely a Hispanic crime hoax?
Personal experiences are no substitute for detailed investigation, but they sometimes provide a useful reality check. Since the early 1990s, I’ve lived in Silicon Valley, a region in which people of white European ancestry are a relatively small minority, separately outnumbered by both Asians and Hispanics, with many of the latter quite poor and often here illegally. On any given day, more than half of the people I encounter in Palo Alto are Hispanics from immigrant backgrounds. Yet my area of the country has exceptionally low crime rates and virtually no serious ethnic conflict. This confounds the expectations of many of my East Coast friends.
Prior to moving back to my native California, I lived for five years in Jackson Heights, Queens, one of the most heavily immigrant and ethnically diverse parts of New York City. There as well, white Europeans were a small minority and immigrants from various Latin American countries were the largest ethnic group, close to an absolute majority of the local population. On a typical afternoon or evening, probably 80 percent of the people walking the streets of my neighborhood were non-white, and on dozens of occasions I returned home from Manhattan on a late-night train, the only white face in the subway car. Yet in all my years of living there, I never encountered a hostile or menacing situation, let alone suffered an actual criminal attack. Hardly what one would expect from television images, let alone the wild claims made by conservative magazines or talk radio. The “thousands of brutal assailants and terrorists” City Journal’s Heather Mac Donald finds among our immigrant population must have moved into someone else’s neighborhood.
So were my personal experiences atypical? Or are the media and conservative movement portrayals so completely wrong? Hispanics will constitute a quarter of the American population within a generation or two according to current demographic projections, so this is an important issue for the future of our country.

Yet in all my years of living there, I never encountered a hostile or menacing situation, let alone suffered an actual criminal attack. Hardly what one would expect from television images, let alone the wild claims made by conservative magazines or talk radio. The “thousands of brutal assailants and terrorists” City Journal’s Heather Mac Donald finds among our immigrant population must have moved into someone else’s neighborhood.
So were my personal experiences atypical? Or are the media and conservative movement portrayals so completely wrong? Hispanics will constitute a quarter of the American population within a generation or two according to current demographic projections, so this is an important issue for the future of our country.

In Authoritarianism & Polarization in American Politics, a revealing work of political science published last year that unfortunately went somewhat unnoticed, Marc J. Hetherington and Jonathan D. Weiler describe a specific worldview—authoritarianism—which they argue lies at the heart of political polarization in modern American politics. (It should be noted: their use of the term is not related to the more quotidian and overly negative connotation associated with despotic regimes; rather, it describes a particular lens through which certain people view the world, based on a wide range of scholarly work spanning the fields of psychology, sociology, political science, and other cognitive sciences.)
According to Hetherington and Weiler, authoritarians tend to rely more on emotion and instinct in decision-making, view politics in black and white, resent confusion or ambiguity in the social order, and are suspicious of specific groups who they believe could alter that order (typically gays and immigrants). The difference between authoritarians and nonauthoritarians, according to the authors, becomes far more pronounced during tumultuous economic or social periods when there are more perceived “threats.” During such times, authoritarians in particular lose accuracy motivation and, “become much less interested than nonauthoritarians in seeking information that [is] balanced in its approach, and much more interested in pursuing one-sided information that reinforc[es] existing beliefs.” Or in other words, they are highly susceptible to misinformation campaigns, the likes of which pervaded the health care reform debate last summer.
Most every characteristic of an authoritarian worldview lends itself well to the impassioned rhetoric of the tea party movement and the shrewd players operating behind the scenes and atop the soap box. The movement’s overly simplified, often-confused solutions to complex problems align with authoritarians’ Manichean worldview. That Tom Tancredo’s anti-immigrant-laced speech at last weekend’s [Feb. 4-6] convention was well received comes as no surprise. And that this is the group who so often embraces proven falsehoods and spin-narratives to defend its anti-administration agenda should speak for itself with regards to accuracy motivation.
Despite the criticism it receives, the tea party continues to be praised as a political force. It is loud, passionate, and generally unconcerned with pesky things like facts or reasoned, practical solutions to the country’s problems. This bodes ill for 2010’s political environment, and it is a shameful representation of what constitutes an American political or social movement. While the tea party may alienate some who see it for the profit-machine that it is, others who share the fearful, intolerant authoritarian worldview that it is increasingly coalescing around will be lured in and pitted against the very people in power who could actually help them. That this movement has grown political legs is too bad, and by Hetherington and Weiler’s account, it means even more polarization is yet to come.

I am an unashamed liberal and enemy of Racism, Ethnocentrism, Homophobia, Bullies, etc ... I am impenitent and unremorseful in my Liberalism

Later the Economy would thank those outlays. But I am an enemy of Communism and Excessive Demagoguery of Socialism, not of prudent Socialism like in Sweden and Norway, countries that I admire.
It is fun to be an inclusivist ( being inclusive and inclusionist ), that is the admirer and lover of all cultures, races, ethnics, peoples, nations, I thank God that he made me with this DNA and not an exclusivist and exclusionist, excluding others in apartheids and segregations.
I thank God that I had a loving Father, Mother, GrandParents, Aunts, Uncles, etc ... and that my family was extremely tight. ... No family dysfunctionality, no divorces, at least in the generation of my parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents, etc ...
I have observed that Family Dysfunctionality has horrible consequences in Crimes, Delinquency, Racism, Hate, Paranoia and even in TV Hate Merchants.
My Inferiority Complexes and Inadequacies don't drag me to Racial Murders, Murders of Women or Children, or killings of any nature. But I would defend myself if Physically attacked and I would be extremely dangerous.
I love all sciences and it is written in my genes that I try to see the scientific perspective in all problems. So I see Racial Differences from the standpoint of Genetics, Archaeogenetics and Archaeology. I dislike Racial Myths because of their Imbecility and clear evil, wickedness, littleness, meanness and bias. Those myths are a form of Narcissistic Masturbation.
I think that we should be on guard against "Confirmation Bias" and "Bias Confirmation" ... The trend to see only the News and Editorials that satisfy our prejudices and our secret sins of Hate and Wickedness, Littleness, Meanness.

* Although Gaxiola's DNA was found on a gun at the scene, Flores' wife identified the tall man (presumably Bush) was the one carrying it and there's no way to tell when the DNA was left on the gun.

The defense attorneys attached a portion of the statement Oakstar gave prosecutors to their motion. In it, he says:

When asked about Gaxiola's motivation, Oakstar said Gaxiola wanted to eliminate his competition.
"(He said) if there was weed, he was gonna use it to pay them for the, for the killing," Oakstar said.

As new Latino Blogs grow across the blogosphere, more and more Anonymous ANTIs spew their version of hate and attacks against the PRO-bloggers. Their mission? Johnson wrote under the his email identity of "Devilfish579." The Indictment, which was returned by a grand jury on Feb. 4 and unsealed on Feb. 5, 2010, alleges that between November 2006 and February 2009, Johnson, using the Internet username “Devilfish579,” repeatedly sent threatening e-mail communications to employees of the Latino Justice Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund; the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund; the National Council of La Raza; the League of United Latin American Citizens; and the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders. The indictment further alleges that Johnson intended to place the victims in fear of bodily injury and that Johnson acted because the victims were aiding and encouraging persons of Latino descent to participate without discrimination in activities provided by the federal and state governments.

I have the custom of deleting and banning a few people whose comments are 100% insulting, destructive or Off Topic.
If a troll comments on an article by another person like this :
"You are a fool", "You are an idiot"
"You lie" , ..."You are a liar" ...... "Your article is total stupidity and imbecility"
"Your article is totally wrong" .... and no explanations .... or very foolish comment....
I think that these guys reduce the quality of Forums and Blogs and ruin the pages of an intelligent writer, and turn the pages into a pig pen of insults, imbecilities or off topic subjects.
I completely agree that those comments that are extremely "argumentative and derisive" should be deleted.
These trolls also love the "GAME OF ASSUMPTIONS" like : I assume that you are of this or that origin, that you came from such place, that you are of this ethnics or race, that you are a bunch of this or that .....
More "GAME OF ASSUMPTIONS" : You are of this ideology or political conviction, you never went to this or that place or never had the honor of this or that which I had. I assume that you work in this thing ......
I assume that you are on welfare, that you are a beaner, cockroach, spic, n word, or that you country or that of your ancestors is this or that and they are filth and dirt, thieves and beggars, etc ...

There is an organization called Joe Wilsons Fan Clubs that groups all the many Fan Clubs of this House Representative from South Carolina.
They recruit new fans inside the Tebaggers Parties.
Pledge of the Joe Wilson Fans :
1) We will lack sensitivity or discernment, we will be unrefined, offensive and disgusting against all these Communits Liberals. We will award a monthly prize to the brutishly coarse in behavior, the aspiration to be crude and unpolite.
2) We will combat with strong heckling and other forceful measures the Empathy of that Communist Obama and Communist Justice Sonia Sotomayor and we will demand our country back. Fight Empathy and Sympathy against the Other and the Otherness.
3) We ask for more heckling against Obama and ask representative Joe Wilson to unfurl the Confederate Flag in the next joint session of Congress with the President.
4) We demand that all glasses of milk and cookies are denied in schools to children that look Latino or Immigrant, whether paid by the taxpayer or not, or by private monies. And we demand that all hospitals and clinics deny attention to "coloreds" that look immigrant. That way we can exterminate those Mexican Cockroaches. They will die of their own filth.
5) We demand the construction of 1,000 new locomotives and 10,000 cattle wagons to evict the "12 million" spics and beaners that infest our country. And don't forget the steel rails.
6) We ask for a march on Washington, dressed in Confederate attire and camping on the Lincoln Monument to protest against Martin Luther King and Obama, the Antichrist.
7) We ask of all our Christian Churches to exclude all people that are not perfect White Milk and to return to the Good Ole Bible Precepts. We will sing "Return to Plantations".
8) We demand the extermination with our Powerful Drones of all that people that wear turbans and white pajamas. Air strikes against those parasites will bring perfect security for America the Beautiful.
9) We demand bombing Iran and destroying that sanctuary of Mecca with Hydrogen and Neutron Bombs, the Neutron Bombs are for places where we can do sacking and pillage.
10) We demand that our wars are fought only by Nato Allies and Stupid Third Worlders, so as not to endanger the valuable American Lives. Use the Cannon Fodder, the Turk Heads, and use the cat's paw to draw chestnuts from the fire.

TV Series of Detectives, District Attorneys - Great Actors are Fictional Characters - Teaching Kindness and Humanity to millions of Kids in America and the World.
I have already reviewed several other episodes of anti-Racist TV Detectives. A development of the Greatest Significance in Television and Education.
I have to congratulate and commend several TV Programs like "Law and Order", "Law and Order - Special Victims Unit", "CSI : Miami" and others for the excellent education that they provide to Youth.
Millions of Youngsters and Old Folks are learning a lot of Criminalistic Science, Anatomy, Forensics, Ballistics, Fiber, Tires, knives, guns and weapons, bullets, etc ...
But that is not the most important teaching. The best is that they are teaching us a lot of Humanity, Kindness, Respect for Others, Respect for the "Other" and the "Otherness", respect for Races and Ethnics.
This is exactly the Opposite of the Racism, Hate, Fear, Paranoia, Jingoism, War, Violence, Brutality, Hypocrisy and False Patriotism and Madness that a TV Network teaches 24 hours, 7 days a week, and some Radio Stations too.
I must add more chapters and episodes to some others that I have reviewed :
Horatio Caine, the chief of CSI Miami ( Criminal Science Investigation ) defends an Innocent Black Man that has been falsely accused by all policemen, detectives and District Attorneys. Since he is Black, he has to be the murderer, and the stupid and poor work of the "Old Guard" is exposed in all its imbecility. In this episode ( one of the first ?? ) Horatio meets wonderful lady detective Calleigh Duquesne, and invites popular hero Eric to be a policeman, Eric was working dragging cars out of Water in Florida.
Jack McCoy and his people of "Law and Order" discover a Racist Murderer, a White Lady, the first wife of a guy, that kills the beloved second wife of the guy.
The first wife wants to avoid the discovery that his former husband has "Black Blood", even if he looks normal "White". The second wife has given birth to a "colored" child and is going to reverse an adoption procedure.
This wonderful episode shows that millions of Americans have "Black Blood", many presidents of the USA and prominent "noble" families in America have "Black" or "Colored" ancestors. The problem is that genes are "tricksters" and mischievous, genes sometimes express themselves when less anticipated, they revert to "ancestor expression".
"Law and Order" and "Dick Wolf Productions" are a Beacon of Light, of Liberal Ligt and shining against Racism, Sadism, Brutality, Ignorance and Imbecility.

It is very common to see these Ugly Justifications in the Internet and the Media in General :
It is OK for the U.S. to have killed three million people in Vietnam because the Vietcong killed n people ( where n is any arbitrary number )
It is Ok for the U. S. to kill as many people as we please because Saddam Hussein was a Bad Guy and killed n people ( n to be chosen by whim ). Since Saddam commited Genocide then everything is allowed.
This is the justification of Evil with Evil.
If someone posts that a small Latino was killed by Six Football Players in Shenandoah Pennsylvania in July 2008 and that the Coward Scoundrels are as free as birds. Then someone will post that a drunken mexican driving a car killed a child. Or that the murdered guy was an "Illegal Alien" and therefore deserved death.
This is poor thinking to justify Evil with unrelated actions, or with past wicked but disparate actions.
If we are talking of babies and children that are taken out of the ruins of houses demolished by U. S. drones, then someone will say :
But Al-Qaeda were very bad guys in September 11, so we got a license to kill all those guys, and some thousands of "Collateral Damage" are unimportant.
Hitler also used false accusations against a single Jew to justify the murder of millions.

Has the Supreme Court Been Mainly a Friend or a Foe to African Americans?

The conventional wisdom that the U.S. Supreme Court heroically defends racial minorities from majoritarian oppression is deeply flawed: Over the course of American history, the Court, more often than not, has been a regressive force on racial issues.
Before the Civil War, the Court sustained the constitutionality of federal fugitive slave laws, invalidated the laws of northern states that were designed to protect free blacks from kidnapping by slavecatchers, voided Congress’s effort to restrict the spread of slavery into federal territories, and denied that even free blacks possessed any rights “which the white man was bound to respect.” After the Civil War, the Court freed the perpetrators of white-on-black lynchings and racial massacres, and it invalidated a federal law designed to secure blacks equal access to public accommodations. Well into the twentieth century, the Court sustained the constitutionality of state-mandated racial segregation and various southern state measures for disenfranchising African Americans.
The romantic image of the Court as savior of African Americans derives largely from Brown v. Board of Education and its immediate progeny. To be sure, the Court’s epic 1954 ruling, which invalidated state-mandated segregation in public schools, was of enormous symbolic importance to blacks, and it helped catalyze the transformative racial change accomplished by the civil rights movement of the 1960s. In the fifteen years following Brown, moreover, the Justices not only significantly expanded the scope of that decision, but they also went to great lengths to overturn the criminal convictions of sit-in demonstrators, created new constitutional law to protect the NAACP from legal harassment by southern states, expanded the range of private actors subject to the Fourteenth Amendment’s antidiscrimination command, and upheld broad exercises of congressional power on behalf of civil rights.
But the civil rights movement disintegrated in the late 1960s, and Republican candidate Richard M. Nixon won the presidency in 1968 on a platform emphasizing law and order and opposition to court-ordered busing to desegregate schools. Ninety-seven percent of blacks voted for Democrat Hubert Humphrey that year, but only 35 percent of whites did so. Nixon’s victory at the polls translated directly into changes in the Court’s racial jurisprudence: He appointed four new justices during his first term.
Almost immediately, the new Nixon appointees began to exert tremendous influence on the Court’s racial jurisprudence. In 1974 in Milliken v. Bradley, by a five-to-four vote, the Justices barred the inclusion of largely white suburbs within an urban school desegregation decree, absent proof that school district lines had been racially gerrymandered. As a result, federal courts were disabled from accomplishing meaningful school desegregation in most cities. Nixon’s appointees comprised four of the five justices in the majority.
On another racial issue of critical importance, the Burger Court ruled in Washington v. Davis (1976) that laws making no racial classification would receive heightened judicial scrutiny only if they were illicitly motivated; showing that a law simply had a disproportionately burdensome impact on racial minorities was deemed insufficient to establish a violation of the Equal Protection Clause. As a result of that decision, federal sentencing guidelines that prescribe the same punishment for possession of five grams of crack cocaine as for five hundred grams of powder cocaine have survived constitutional challenge, even though 90 percent of crack defendants are black, while three quarters of powder defendants are white.
In the 1978 Bakke decision, the Burger Court narrowly ruled that race-based affirmative action policies would be subject to the same strict judicial scrutiny as had been applied to traditional Jim Crow legislation. Conservative justices, then and since, have read the Fourteenth Amendment, which was adopted in order to protect the newly freed slaves from racial discrimination with regard to civil rights, as a mandate of government color-blindness. The Court’s overall record on race-based affirmative action has been mixed since Bakke. The conservative justices have almost invariably voted to invalidate such programs, while the liberal justices have almost always voted to uphold them. Individual case outcomes have been determined by the votes of swing justices—first, Lewis Powell, and then Sandra Day O’Connor. But the Court has invalidated more affirmative action programs than it has sustained.
The conservative justices’ hostility to affirmative action reflects a constitutional double standard. These are the same justices who ordinarily—for example, in cases involving abortion, gay rights, or physician-assisted suicide—profess commitments to judicial restraint, democratic decision making, respect for states rights, and an interpretive methodology of textualism and originalism. Yet, all of these considerations point in the direction of permitting race-based affirmative action. To strike down affirmative action programs is for unelected judges to invalidate the policy preferences of state and local governments on a thin constitutional basis. The text of the Fourteenth Amendment says nothing about government color-blindness—indeed, Section One doesn’t even mention race—and the original understanding of those who adopted and ratified the amendment was plainly not a mandate of color-blindness. The Framers of the Fourteenth Amendment (and their constituents) were too racist to require government to eschew all racial classifications. They thought that laws disenfranchising blacks, excluding them from jury service, segregating them in schools, and forbidding interracial marriage would plainly be permitted under the new amendment.

The Magic and Wonder of the Coca Plant, Coca Bush. And the Old Indian Women that educated me about plants.

The Magic and Wonder of the Coca Plant, Coca Bush. And the Old Indian Women that educated me about plants.
There is a good Bush, the Coca Bush.
When I was a kid some very old Andean Indian Women told me that they never thought in their childhood of the Coca Plant as being evil or negative.
Everybody and his aunt had coca plants in the interior patios or the exterior backyards.
The coca bushes were thought of as medicinal plants for stomach aches, headaches, backpains, sore throats, etc ...
And these very old ladies told me that when an old indian was in a terminal disease, then chewing coca was the best against pain and desperation of death.
And that old indians became embalmed in life, very peacefully, and had tranquil and calmed deaths. Corpses were incorruptible after this process. All insects dislike the coca bush, perhaps this is a thing of defensive evolution of plants.
NOTE : I am not defending COCAINE, which is another matter that I abhor. COCAINE makes a lot of damage to a body, same for CRACK, and other garbage.
I do not defend a FREE MARKET for drugs. Repression is OK for me. And I am not a Big Narco or Drug Trafficker.

Jury selection in Marcelo Lucero murder trial set for March 1; Beaner Stompers to Face Justice!

Jury selection for the highly anticipated trial of Jeffrey Conroy, the leader of the Caucasian Crew and charged in the hate killing of an Ecuadorean immigrant Marcelo Lucero in Patchogue, will begin March 1, according to his defense attorney, William Keahon of Islandia. Conroy, 18, of Medford, is the first of the seven teenagers charged with first-degree gang assault and fourth-degree conspiracy in the Nov. 8, 2008, killing of Marcelo Lucero.

Jury selection in Marcelo Lucero murder trial set for March 1; Beaner Stompers to Face Justice!

My Comment :
The Media is very extremely biased. It keeps us enthralled and totally captivated 24 hours seven days with the would be terrorists : the Shoe Terrorist and the Underwear Terrorist, in a great promotion of Fear and Paranoia.
But they keep a total silence on the Coward Scoundrels that kill a hard working man. They had as a hobby and sport to harass latinos in the most coward imaginable form, after many beatings and stabbings of many people they finally killed a good man.
They are perfect 100% Terrorists, no doubt about that. And there is a Great Very High Probability that they receive less than the sentence for killing a dog.
That is why the TV Series "Law and Order - Special Victims Unit" had the killer totally acquitted of the Terrorist Murder of Three "colored" children ( Black, Asiatic and Latino ).
The Series was VERY REALISTIC and I liked that, they did not lie to the public. The Coward scoundrel was full of tears and wept and cried that he had been influenced by Television Hate Merchants.
You could see in the face of Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Cabot her disappointment.
Detective Fin Tutuola was also very discomposed and angry at such Imbecile Decision of a Jury. But he understood that this is a Despicable Racist Justice System.
Another TV Series of the same Producers : My greetings and embrace to Fictional District Attorney of New York "Jack McCoy" of "Law and Order" that also is fighting against Racial Injustice and is also frustrated with the absurd Racist Trial Decisions.
The Funny Thing is that millions of Children in America and around the world are watching "Law and Order" and learning.
They will never admire and love the Preachers of Hate, Fear and Paranoia on the TV Screens. They are also the promoters of War and Racial Violence.
Finally and Concluding : There are many cases like this against Minorities, but the Media keeps a "Conspiracy of Silence", they portray only the Criminal Cases that are useful to promote Racial Hatred.
