France and England want a Big War in Libya, but the United States is going to put the money, to pay the cost, the airplanes, aircraft carriers, and American Lives are going to be sacrificed in Libya.

Europe is the Monkey and the USA is the cat !

Fortunately President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Robert Gates, Defense Secretary have declined the great honor of sacrificing American Lives and Money.

Meanwhile the Europeans are unable to coincide, German's Chancellor Angela Merkel is horrified by the Anglo French proposal. --- Considering the horrible Nazi Past of Germany then we can pronounce Angela as very intelligent in this case.

There are so many opinions in the European Community as countries.
