Conservative Legislation from the bench would become soon irrelevant because of political developments, economic suffering in the Southern States in question, etc ... These are the lasts kicks of the drowning man, the last gasps of the American Civil War - I am not so sure of this paragraph of mine, perhaps the kicks will continue and the gasps of the moribund approaching death may last for hours, days, weeks, months or centuries ( in the case of the American Civil War )

No need to turn off the oxygen of the patient - Just apply the Chinese Philosophy of the Tao : the "Will of Heaven" will prevail ( this is different from the "Divine Providence" in Western Culture ).

I apply Chinese Philosophy again : Dragons are messengers from Heaven, they are good and will protect us.

About the U. S. Supreme Court :

I prefer slow courts that do not give certioraris to everybody and his aunt. Precipitation is characteristic of Lemmings, arctic rodents in Norway that jump to the sea from cliffs.

The court could have sent back SB 1070 for "en banc" consideration ( "the entire bench" : 11 judges, although the ninth circuit has 29 judges ), we are talking of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco that stopped SB 1070. And the same for the eleventh Circuit Court and others that are processing the Immigration Chaos and Anarchy.

That way the Supreme Court gets the advice and opinion of the best Legal Experts in America. And waits for more "Amicus Briefs" and other Opinions from Professors of Law and Law Experts.

There is nothing wrong in waiting for more expertise and jurisprudence. This also apply to the two other "Hot Potatoes" and "Ticking Bombs" of Health Care Overhaul and Texas Gerrymandering.

The U. S. Supreme Court is becoming "Easy Trigger" and overtly "Eager spoon"....

That way the U. S. Congress will continue in Gridlock and the Supreme Court will legislate from the bench. Conservative Judicial Activism of course.

But don't worry, good dragons are coming from China. ( Dragons are always good ! )
