The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the 26 states who sued the Obama Administration over the unconstitutional mandatory expansion of Medicaid passed as a part of the Affordable Care Act. Now that the Medicaid expansion is just optional, how many of those states (and their Republican governors) will voluntarily offer their citizens that coverage?
